HourLoop legal and trust
Terms of service
Effective 15 July 2026. These terms govern access to the HourLoop early-access platform and organisation pilots.
Early-access service
Features may change as HourLoop is tested and improved. Pilot scope, support, pricing, and availability may be governed by a separate written agreement.
Accounts and authority
Users must provide accurate information and protect their credentials. Organisation owners and managers may invite or manage users only within their authorised organisation scope.
Responsible use
Do not misuse HourLoop to unlawfully monitor workers, bypass privacy controls, upload harmful material, probe the service without permission, or make automated employment decisions without appropriate human review.
Availability and warranties
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, HourLoop does not promise an SLA, guaranteed productivity outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or suitability as the sole basis for disciplinary or employment decisions.
Termination
Access may be suspended for security, misuse, non-payment under an agreed pilot, legal requirements, or material breach. Data export and deletion expectations should be agreed before a production rollout.
